Kasturi - III Sculptures_Stone

Is it being deceived

Roaming around the garden where plenty of coconut trees are planted

a curled pate will grow bald

possibly representing the earth and sky or day and night

A striking painting built on strong visual contrast, the composition is minimalist yet deeply symbolic. A large rat like figure, painted in deep dark green and neon tones, catches very little light. The creature hunches forward to smell a tiny flower attached to its own tail. The flower becomes a metaphor for inner fragrance, truth, or divine essence. The act of smelling it represents a moment of awakening.
